【摘要】 目前国家对电力行业尤其是燃煤电厂环保产业非常重视，如何实现大型燃煤电站发电机组环保、高效运行，电站节能环保的信息化管理无疑是实现工作标准化、精准化、高效率的有效途径。节能环保信息化网络平台建设将本着系统信息化、便捷化、自动办公化方面考虑，将电站相关节能环保信息有效整合。建设后的节能环保信息网络平台将作为电力企业集团节能环保板块信息发布、统计报表、监督监测、评价共享的一体化平台。

Abstract：Current national environmental protection industry in the electric power industry very seriously， how to achieve environmental protection of large coal-fired power plant generating units， efficient operation， energy saving and environmental protection in power plant information management is undoubtedly to achieve standardization， precision， high efficiency of the effective way.Energy saving and environmental protection information network platform construction will be based on system information， convenient， automatic office of the consideration， the power plant related energy-saving environmental information effective integration. After the construction of energy saving and environmental protection information network platform will be used as an integrated platform for power enterprise group energy saving and environmental protection plate information release， statistical reports， supervision and monitoring， evaluation and sharing.

一、引言

“十一五以来随着国家经济发展和人民生活水平的提高，工业用电和居民用电量双双快速攀升，“经济发展，电力先行”，为了满足社会用电量的需求，我国相继建成并投产了一大批发电机组，国家电力行业尤其是火电事业得到迅速的发展；一大批大容量、高参数、环保型火电机组投入商业运行。火电机组容量的增加伴随着烟气污染物总量的增加。大气污染状况愈加严重。

随着全民环保意识的提高，国家和社会对大气污染的防治日益重视，2011年7月国家环境保护部、国家质量监督验验检疫总局联合发布了《火电厂烟气污染物排放标准》（GB13223-2011）；2014年9月国家相关部委联合发布了发改能源（2014）2093号文，制定了《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计划（2014-2020年）》，这些文件的出台对燃煤火电机组的绿色经济运行提出了更高的标准和要求。
