微格教学在体育师范生三项教学技能训练中的应用研究

摘 要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、数理统计法等，分析微格教学如何应用在体育师范生的3项教学技能训练中，特别是在采用微格教学对这些教学技能训练时所遇到的困难。如微格教学对体育教师的教学技能的分类存在重复，重点不突出，微格教学的应用模板化，理论化，主要结论：确立了微格教学应用在体育教师的教学技能中的3项核心教学技能：讲解、示范、纠错技能，同时通过改变微格教学的教学环境和条件、评价指标以及组织形式，教学方法等来提高微格教学在教师教学技能方面的应用，促进体育师范生教学技能的专业化，为体育教师的教学技能的训练提供可参考的实验指标和步骤，提高教师教学水平。

Abstract:Using literature data, expert interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics method to analyze how Microteaching in P.E. Students of the three teaching skills, especially in the use of microteaching in teaching skill training when those encountered to difficulties. As Microteaching for P.E. teachers teaching skills of classification duplicate, unfocused, microteaching application tinplating, theoretical, the main conclusion: the establishment of the Microteaching in P.E. Teachers teaching skills in the three core teaching skills: explanation, demonstration, correction skills, by changing the teaching environment and conditions microteaching, evaluation and organization, teaching methods to improve Microteaching applications in teaching skills of teachers, promote sports students' Teaching specialized skills for PE teachers teaching skills training provides reference laboratory indicators and steps to improve the teaching level.

微格教学是提高教师教学技能的有效手段，是现代体育师范生训练教学技能的发展趋势。它是以现代的教育学、心理学等作为理论为基础，采用有声摄像技术，在反馈和教学评价的基础上，分步骤、有系统的对职前或在岗教师进行教学技能培训的一种科学训练方法，其本质也是一种信息反馈的训练方法。微格教学训练教师的教学技能实践性强，重点突出。
