摘 要： “以人为本”是现代教育价值观的核心。在计算机实验教学中，构建“以人为本”的实验教学体系，增强学生的主体意识和创造力。教育理念上，尊重学生主体性，以学生为本；教学内容上，考虑学生特点，分层次教学；教学方法上，以启发式、引导式为主；教学评价上，注重过程评价，让学生主动参与。

Research on the people-oriented computer experiment teaching

Abstract： "People-oriented" is the core of the modern education values. In the computer experiment teaching， the construction of a "people-oriented" experiment teaching system enhances the students' subject consciousness and creativity. On the concept of education， student-oriented， respects students' subjectivity； on the teaching contents， considering the characteristics of students， teaches hierarchically； on the teaching method， mainly adopt the heuristic and guided teaching； in the teaching evaluation， paying attention to process evaluation， lets the students actively participate in.

0 引言

“以人为本”的核心是实现人的全面自由发展，通过调动人的主动性、积极性、创造性，进而实现人与社会的共同发展。“以人为本”的思想迅速渗透到社会各个领域，要真正实现素质教育就必须坚持“以人为本”的教育观，把尊重人、关心人、教育人贯穿在教育的全过程。

高等学校的根本任务就是为国家培养高素质的创新人才，计算机实验教学作为一门知识更新快、实践性强的课程，对培养学生创新意识、动手能力、分析解决问题能力有着不可替代的作用。构建一个“以人为本”的计算机实验教学体系是加强实验教学改革和提高人才培养质量的重要途径。

1 “以人为本”教育观的内涵

以人为本教育观的核心是强调人的价值，教育必须尊重人、关心人、信任人，按照人的成长与发展规律办教育，使教育真正成为人的教育。这里“以人为本”之人从广义上指学生、教师和教育管理者，学生是受教育者，教师是教育者，教育管理者是使得教育这个有机整体能有效运作，三者紧密相联缺一不可[1]；……
