浅谈大学生思想政治教育的柔性管理

摘要：随着我国社会文明程度的不断提高，思想政治教育工作地位快速提升。大学生思想政治教育工作，是高校教育工作的重要内容。落实以人为本的思想政治教育，是高校思想政治教育发展的必然趋势。柔性管理，是思想政治教育的一种方式。结合当代大学生的思想特点，利用柔性管理方法改革思想政治教育，创新思想政治教育的方法，有利于从整体上提高大学生的思想政治水平。

关键词：柔性管理；思想政治；大学生；必要性；特点

Abstract：With the improvement of social civilization and continuously，the job status of ideological and politi原cal education has been improved rapidly. Ideological and political education of college and university students is an important part of higher education work. It is an inevitable trend of ideological and political education to carry out the human-oriented ideological and political education. Flexible management is a way of ideological and political e原ducation. Combined with ideological characteristics of contemporary college students，the use of flexible management methods to reform ideological education，and the use of innovative methods of ideological and political education will help improve the ideological and political level of college students as a whole.

前言

柔性管理是针对刚性管理方法提出的一种全新的教育模式，柔性管理与刚性管理相辅相成，共同作用于教育工作。柔性管理重视以人为本思想的落实，提倡非强制的管理手段，通过隐形的方法对受教育者的内心产生深远的影响，使其个人意志发生改变。大学生思想政治教育工作是高校教育工作的重中之重，在时代进步与发展的今天，大学生的思想政治特点逐渐变化。结合大学生的发展需求与特点应用柔性管理方法，才能提高大学生思想政治教育的质量。
