国家资助新政策下高校辅导员面临的问题与对策研究

摘要：伴随着高等教育的发展，家庭经济困难学生成为在校大学生中所占比例较高的群体。近几年来，国家资助力度不断加大，受助学生人数迅速扩大，国家资助新政策呈现出新的变化和特点。受助学生在享受国家资助的同时，在思想道德方面受到了较大的冲击，给高校辅导员带来了新的问题和挑战。我们有责任和义务在落实国家资助新政策的同时创新工作方法，更新工作理念，引导受助学生认清国家资助新政策深层次的内涵，引领学生提升个人素质，健全个人品质。

Abstract:With the development of higher education，students from poor families take up the large proportion of college students .In recent years，state funding has increased, the number of students supported by government ex-panded rapidly，andnew characteristics and changes of funding policy are found accordingly. Students are hurt in morality while take the benefit from the new funding policy, which brings new challenge to the university counselors. We have the responsibility and obligation to implement the new funding policy and adopt innovative working meth-ods, so as to guide students to have a deeper understanding of new funding policy and improve students' personal qualities.

近年来，随着我国经济发展水平的迅速提高、经济总量快速增长，为了帮助困难学生顺利完成学业，国家教育经费拨款对高等教育以及困难大学生的资助投入日益加大，资助的金额增长幅度稳中渐升，对于推动高等教育的发展做出了贡献。高校的教育领域，逐渐被国家资助新政策和资助新体系潜移的影响并发生改变，一方面在国家资助新政策落实、实施过程中对学生思想道德产生了直接的冲击，另一方面对高校辅导员来说，不得不面对一些资助工作过程中产生的新问题与困惑，带来了新的挑战。
