电气工程专业学位研究生教育对职业能力提升的影响*

摘要：调查表明，毕业生认为电气工程专业学位教育能提升他们的专业知识水平、分析能力、反思和批判性思维能力、创新能力和目标管理能力；毕业生所在单位领导认为读完专业学位后，毕业生在分析能力、风险防范能力、创新能力、目标管理能力以及专业知识方面有明显提升。毕业生希望专业学位教育还能提升国际视野、知识迁移能力和风险防范能力，并希望培养单位能改进论文指导、继续深造、国际交流和授课方式等培养环节。根据调研成果，提出提升电气工程专业学位教育培养质量的三点建议，即尝试多位老师共同上课的授课形式，硕士专业学位教育和工程博士招生结合，和发达国家联合开展专业学位教育。

Abstract:Investigations show that many graduates believe the education in electrical engineering professional de-gree can improve their expertise level, analysis capabilities, ability of introspect and critical thinking as well as inno-vation and objective management capabilities. The unit chiefs of graduates hold there is an obvious improvement for graduates in aspects such as analysis ability, risk prevention ability, innovation ability, objective management ability and expertise knowledge after completing the professional degree. In addition, graduates hope professional degree would enhance their international horizon and improve their ability in knowledge transfer and risk prevention and also hope the training units can improve certain links such as thesis supervision, further education, international communication and way of teaching as well as others. Based on the investigation results, the thesis puts forward three suggestions on how to improve the education quality of electrical engineering professional degree, including trying the teaching method that multiple teachers teach one course, combining the enrollment of master professional degree education with that of engineering doctors and cooperating with developed countries to carry out degree education.
