摘要：科学技术是生产力，企业在发展过程中需要技术创新，而技术创新在应用过程中会出现许多问题，如果采用哲学的观点去理解，去解决，问题就会迎刃而解，因为技术创新是生产力发生了变化，如果生产关系不及时的顺应，那么就会影响生产力的发展。本文就用哲学的视角对技术创新进行研究，使技术创新的发展更快，效益更高。

Abstract:Science and technology is productivity. Companies need technological innovation, during the application of which many problems may occur. The problems can be understood and solved from the perspective of philosophy. Technological innovation causes changes in productive relations. Therefore, it will affect the development of the productive forces if productive relations are not timely adjusted. This paper, from the perspective of philosophy, makes a study on technology innovation, in order to make the development of technology innovation faster and more cost-effective.

一、技术创新的概念

美国管理学家德鲁克认为，技术创新有两种，一种是技术创新，另一种是社会创新。技术创新是自然界为某种自然物找到新的利用，并赋予新的经济价值。而社会创新是创造一种管理机构、管理方法或者管理形式，使资源配置过程中获得更大的经济价值和社会价值。我国著名的技术哲学家陈昌曙教授也指出，必须把技术创新看作科技成果向生产力转化的社会过程。认为技术的体系化与社会化是技术创新的本质特征，如果采用哲学的理论为技术创新下一个定义：技术创新是作为创新主体的企业在创新的环境下，通过一定的中介使创新客体转换形态，从而实现市场价值的一种实践活动。
