对艺术院校青年教师价值观的几点思考——以四川音乐学院赴“老、少、边、穷”地区艺术实践为例*

摘要：正确价值观的树立对于青年师生的人生发展有着重要的作用和意义。它的树立影响着青年师生的人生目的、人生道路，也是其在处理生命历程中个人与社会、现实与理想、付出与收获等一系列矛盾的标准。作为艺术院校大学生思想政治教育工作的重要环节的艺术实践工作，在引导广大青年教师和学生走出校门、接触社会，与人民群众相结合的同时，不仅增强他们的社会责任感和使命感，也增强其适应社会、服务社会的能力。本文以四川音乐学院赴川内“老、少、边、穷”①地区的艺术实践为例，探讨新时期下通过各种形式多样的艺术实践活动，如何多角度、多层次的培养和提升青年师生的正确价值观。

Abstract:The establishment of correct values is of important significance to the development of young teachers and students, which impacts the purpose of life, the road of life of the young teachers and students, and serves as the standards of dealing with the contradictions of personal and social, reality and ideals, pay and harvest in life. As an important part of the ideological and political education in Art Colleges, art practice guides young teachers and students to enter the society and contact with the masses, which not only enhances their sense of social responsibility and mission, but also improves their ability of adapting to and serving the society. Taking the example of the Art practice of students in Sichuan Conservatory of music, going to areas that is former revolutionary base, inhabited by minority nationalities, remote and border, and poverty-stricken, this paper explores the various forms of art practice in the new period, and analyzes how to cultivate and improve the correct value of young teachers and students.
