河北战略性新兴产业发展背景下高职人才培养创新研究*

摘要：战略性新兴产业是依据我国国情提出的一个全新概念，其“战略性”与“新兴性”对我国国民经济的发展具有非常重要意义，但是当前却还未形成规模的产业，加之专业人才缺乏，对新兴产业的发展造成了一定的影响，因此，针对战略性新兴产业的发展培养更多实用型高职人才成为当前我国各类高职院校高度关注的话题。本文主要就河北省战略性新兴产业发展背景下高职人才培养创新策略进行分析与阐述。

Abstract:Strategic emerging industries is a new concept on the basis of China's national conditions, the " strategic" and "emerging" of which are very important to the development of national economy in China. However, the large scale industry has not been formed and the professional talent is inadequate, which causes a certain influence on the development of emerging industries. Therefore, the cultivation of practical vocational talents for development of strategic emerging industry has drawn more attention in colleges and universities in our country. This article mainly analyzes the innovative strategy of talents cultivation under the background of strategic emerging industry development in Hebei province

前言

近年来，河北省战略性新兴产业得到快速发展，各类新材料、新能源、电子信息以及生物医药等多种新兴产业日益增多，高新技术产业每年新增约200多家企业，且总产值均以每年26%速度不断增长，至2012年，河北省的高新技术企业就已经有近千家，总产业增加值在全省总值占到了8%，增加资金达到了1301亿元，是2007年的3.3倍，成为推动河北省经济发展的重要动力。随着河北省各类战略性新兴产业规模的不断扩大和发展，各类产业对于专业人才的需求量也越来越大，专业人才缺乏成为各类新兴产业急需解决的难题。……
