开放大学培养学生自主学习能力的探究

现阶段，我国开放大学学生自主学习能力相对较差，一旦脱离教师的教育指导学生将无法对相关知识点进行自主探究，不利于开放大学的进一步发展，因此在开放大学实践中对学生自主学习能力的培养具有重要的现实意义。学校应加强对开放大学学生自主学习能力培养的重视，加强师生线上交流，对学生进行及时的引导；重视始业教育，引导学生转变学习观念；学校建立健全支持服务体系，为学生营造良好的自主学习环境；培养学生合理的规划观念，推动学生在未来社会获得更好的发展。

［Abstract］With poor self-learning ability，the students from open university in China have no ability to do self-exploration on relative knowledge points without teachers'instruction，which does harm to the development of open university.Therefore，it is of realistic significance to cultivate students'self-learning ability.Open University should pay more attention to cultivating the ability though methods including strengthening online communication between teachers and students to promptly lead students to explore；focusing on beginning education to instruct students to change their learning view；constructing sound service system to build proper self-learning environment and cultivating students'planning concept to help them develop well.

自主学习就是学生在学习过程中产生的自觉主动的学习行为，强调学生在学习过程中的自我监控、调整、定位、评价和进一步强化。当前我国开放大学中学生自主学习能力的培养效果相对较差，学生对相关知识的自主探究意识薄弱，在以教师为主体的教学过程中也没有养成良好的自主学习习惯，对学生未来发展产生着相应的不利影响。

一、当前开放大学学生自主学习能力培养现状

当前我国开放大学生源相对复杂，学生素质存在较大的差异，教学难度相对大。同时，这部分学生受到应试教育和传统灌输教学的影响，一般已经习惯于接受教师主体的课堂教学，在学习过程中过度依赖教师，不仅学习障碍较多，学生的自主学习能力也相对较差，一旦缺乏教师的引导，这部分学生就会产生一定的盲目学习心理，学习效果受到严重影响，不利于学生健康成长。……
