藏汉双语教师信息素养分析研究

藏族地区师资条件落后，已经制约藏汉双语教学深入开展，教师在基本素养的基础上具备一定的信息素养是时代赋予藏汉双语教师的新要求。笔者试图从区域环境与历史文化渊源等角度分析藏汉双语教学的具体实际，以信息素养的特征为基础，从教育理念、信息道德、信息知识及能力等范畴分析藏汉双语教师信息素养的结构，以期为逐步优化藏区的师资条件提供理论支持。

［Abstract］In the remote Tibetan regions，teachers'quality has become a bottleneck which is now constraining the further development of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching.The author holds that besides possessing some basic literacy，Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers should be equipped with certain information knowledge，which is a new requirement endued by the times.Making analysis of the current Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching conditions from perspectives of regional environment and historical cultural origins，the author clearly explains the structure of teachers'information literacy in terms of education concept，information ethics，information knowledge and competence.This article is intended to provide some theoretical support for improving the teachers'quality in Tibetan areas.

一、藏区教育文化渊源

千百年来，由于受藏传佛教和特殊社会历史形态的影响，藏族地区很少有正规的教育形态，教育总是与佛教结合并长期依附于佛教，历史也赋予了佛教特定的“教育功能”。在藏传佛教的传播中，寺院佛学教育制度体系已成为藏族教育的“雏形”。寺院首先是广大信徒诵经拜佛的圣地，同时又是藏族人民培养宗教、天文、藏医、绘画、雕刻等专业人才的环境与场所，是藏族群众由原始教育向学校教育迈出的历史性的第一步，对丰富藏族的精神财富，创造藏族文化起到了一定的推动作用。

从历史进程来看，藏传佛教作为一种宗教形式，与传承文化与发展科学技术的现代教育既有着一定的关联又必然会产生矛盾，在一定程度上制约了藏区现代教育的发展。……
