供给侧改革综述及对职教改革的启示

习近平总书记在中央财经领导小组第十一次会议上首次正式提出进行 “供给侧改革”引发社会各界热议，“供给侧改革”将对中国未来各领域的改革与发展产生重要影响。职业教育与经济社会发展密切相关，进行供给侧改革已势在必行。梳理目前学术界对“供给侧改革”研究的现状，特别是在教育及职业教育领域的研究成果对确立职业教育“供给侧改革”的根本目标、实施职业教育“供给侧改革”的重要策略、探究职业教育“供给侧改革”的重要路径方面具有重要启示。

［Abstract］The concept of China's reform of the supply front officially stressed by President Xi Jinping at the 11th meeting of the central finance and economy leading group has triggered heated debates.The reform of the supply front will have an important impact on reform and development in different fields.It is imperative for vocational education to enforce the reform，due to its close link with economic and social development.Carding the status quo study in academic circle，the research findings will inspire the fundamental goal，the strategies and the ways in order to implement the supply front for higher education and vocational education.

2015年11月10日中央财经领导小组召开第十一次会议，习近平总书记首次正式提出进行“供给侧改革”。随后9天内中央高层五提 “供给侧改革”，中央决策层密集发声，“供给侧改革”的重要性及对未来中国发展的影响力不言而喻。职业教育与经济社会发展密切相关，职业院校既是“供给侧改革”的对象也是承担“供给侧改革 ”的主体，因此梳理目前学术界“供给侧改革”研究的现状对开展职业教育“供给侧改革”的研究与实践具有重要意义。

一、“供给侧改革”的概念

所谓“供给侧改革”即“在适度扩大总需求的同时，着力加强供给侧结构性改革，着力提高供给体系质量和效率，增强经济持续增长动力。……
