TPP规则对高职商务英语专业的启示

［摘要]2015年10月跨太平洋伙伴协定（TPP）取得突破性进展，中国政府将积极应对TPP规则实行后所带来的商贸变革。作为与之紧密相关的商务英语专业应未雨绸缪，从TPP规则中获得启示，积极研究毕业生就业渠道，品读中国经济战略部署，开放视域、优化产业、科学育人、改革创新，用国际化的教育理念来服务中国社会，引导学生拓宽视野，踏实行动，使之成长为中国对外开放进程中不可或缺的智力和技术支持。

Enlightenment on Business English Specialty in Vocational Colleges from TPP Rules

［Abstract］Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) made a major breakthrough in October 2015 and the Chinese government will work vigorously to meet the subsequent changes in commerce and trade. The building of the specialty Business English is closely related with the development of world trade. So the author thinks that vocational colleges should draw some inspiration from TPP and take some preventive measures: exploring employment channels for the graduating students, studying Chinese economic strategies, widening views and making education reforms. When the colleges apply internationalized concepts and theories to educate the students and serve the society, they can offer indispensable intellectual and technological support for China's opening up to the outside world.

2015年10月5日，《跨太平洋伙伴协定（TPP）》在历经五年的谈判后收获实质性突破。美国、澳大利亚、日本等12个泛太平洋国家在亚特兰大举行的部长级会议上达成共识，签署了涵盖外贸零关税、破除贸易壁垒、保护劳工权益等内容的合作协定。自此，占全球40%经济产出的巨大自由贸易圈应运而生。由于TPP具有高水准、高门槛等特征，美国总统奥巴马称，TPP是历史上最高标准的商业协议，将书写全球经济规则。这一消息在我国引起强烈反响，有人将该协定视为美国主导的“经济北约”或“样板工程”，认为中国的发展将在一定程度上遭受限制，也有人认为这是激励中国市场机制革新的动力。……
