开放大学参与社区教育的优势分析

［摘要]当前，我国大多数广播电视大学正处在向开放大学转型升级的阶段。通过这一跨越式的转型，可以有效整合教育资源，升级教学平台，为社区居民接受终生教育提供便利，实现开放大学的建设与社区教育发展的良好互动。因此，将开放大学在组织系统、技术、资源、管理和经验等方面的优势，付诸于实践中去参与社区教育，必将推动社区教育的健康持续发展。

Advantage Analysis of Open Universities’Participation into Community Education

［Abstract］At present, most radio & TV universities in China are being transformed and upgraded to open universities. Through the leapfrog transformation, the universities can effectively integrate their education resources and upgrade their teaching platform so as to help the community residents receive life-long education, thus achieving better interaction between open education and community education. The author holds that by taking advantages of open universities in terms of organization system, technology, resources, management and experience, open universities surely will promote a sound and sustainable development of the community education.

开放大学是在原广播电视大学基础上发展起来的一种新型大学，它的办学宗旨就是大力推进全民教育和终身教育，并利用信息技术手段开展远程教育，通过自由灵活的办学模式实现时时可学、处处可学、人人可学的目标。社区教育的建立是为了提高社区全体居民的综合素质和生活水平，整合利用各类可利用的优质教育资源，结合社会经济发展需要，开展的一系列教育活动。其对象是社区居民，教育的主要内容是围绕社区管理、社区建设、和谐社区的构建、居民幸福指数的提升等展开。开放大学的建设为社区教育的发展提供了良好的资源、平台和师资队伍保障，社区教育应该抓住有利时机，借助开放大学的办学优势，实现自身的升级发展。……
