［摘要]供给侧结构性改革下农村经济平稳健康稳定发展与农村金融支持是分不开的，在农村金融发展的过程中需要消除不适应农村经济发展的各种问题，积极稳妥的推进农村金融创新，实现农村金融的全方位控制管理，为农村金融改革创新营造良好的氛围，推动农村金融全面协调发展。在农村金融热点研究的过程中需要从保险机制、组织机构、金融服务、担保抵押方面采取措施，提升农村金融发展水平。

Analysis on Rural Financial Hot Spots under the Reform of the Supply Front

［Abstract］Rural economy's stable and healthy development under the reform of the supply front cannot be separated with the rural financial support. The process of rural financial development needs the elimination of maladjustment in rural economic development, the promotion of rural financial innovation, the implementation of the overall control and management, the creation of a sound atmosphere and the fuel on the comprehensive and coordinated development for rural finance. In the process of rural financial hot spot research, measures should be taken to improve the level of rural financial development from the angles of insurance mechanism, organizational structure, financial services and security mortgage.

供给侧结构性改革下农村金融是我国金融业全面发展的重要组成部分，需要从农村金融改革出发，不断推进农村金融创新，在城市金融深化改革的过程中，需要与农村金融发展紧密结合在一起，为建立社会主义新农村提供重要的金融支持。农村金融需要不断优化发展环境，才能建立适应农村经济发展要求的金融体系，对整个金融管理会产生重要的影响。农村金融要从实证分析出发，对现代农村金融业的各项管理制度进行优化，建立适应农村金融发展要求的金融管理机制，实现农村金融的全方位控制管理。
