高职英语教师专业化发展途径研究
---基于校企合作模式

教师专业化发展一直是教育改革所关注的重点课题.随着教育改革的持续推进,高职教育正摆脱传统的教育模式,逐步向校企合作模式转变.但在高职英语教师专业化发展的过程中存在着教师与行业联系不紧密、教师对校企结合认识不足等问题.针对这些问题,教育部门和学校应从教师专业发展的大局出发,建立校企联合培训模式、强化教师与生产之间的联系,开展多种形式的顶岗实践、强化教师对行业企业知识的体验,并做好"双师"体制、激励教师不断探索专业知识;教师自身则应对校企合作的意义充分认识,强化实践反思,增强专业认知.

[Abstract]Advancement of teachers'professionalization has been the focus of educational reform.With the development of reform in education,higher vocational education is getting rid of traditional teaching methods and gradually changing to the mode of college-enterprise cooperation. Taking the professional advancement of College English teachers in higher vocational college as the breakthrough point,and using the methods of questionnaire survey and literature data access,we conclude that in the course of the professionalization,teachers and their respective industries are not closely linked and that teachers lack understanding of college-enterprise cooperation.In view of these problems,the education department and colleges should aim at the advancement of teachers' professionalization,increase teachers'access to the production line,and do a good job in the implementation of the double certificate system.Meanwhile,teachers should have an adequate understanding of the significance of college enterprise cooperation,and constantly reflect and grow in practice.

一、高职英语教师的专业化发展离不开校企合作

"教师专业化"是教师的专业发展过程,是教师"个人成为教学的专业成员并且在教学中具有越来越成熟的作用的一个转变过程".尽管教育学者对"教师专业发展"有各自的说法,但它一般被理解为教师由非专业人员成为专业人员的过程,即"教师的专业成长或教师内在专业结构不断更新、演进和丰富的过程".

教育部颁布的《关于全面提高高职教育教学质量的若干意见》指出,高等职业学校要逐步探索人才培养的新模式,突出教育教学与生产实践的融合……
