高职院校专业社团功能分析与研究

在创新创业大局下,近几年高职院校社团组织发展出许多和专业相结合的新型社团---专业社团.专业社团区别于普通社团,在功能定位上体现出专业化、兴趣化与个性化,它是专业学习必要的补充,同时体现出社团成员的团队精神,并服务于社会.面对目前专业社团中存在的目标和定位不明确,不能持久健康发展等问题,学校团委要通过明确发展目标、加强指导教师的师资队伍建设、完善指导教师的奖励和激励机制等保障手段,完善专业社团的建设,使专业社团健康长久发展.

[Abstract]In the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship throughout China,some newtype societies---professional societies have developed from traditional student clubs and organizations. Unlike ordinary societies,professional societies are characterized by being specialized,interest-based and personalized.A professional society functions as an extended platform for professional learning in classroom.It gives expression to the members'team spirit and meanwhile offers service to the society. However,professional societies are now faced with such problems as ambiguous target orientation and unsustainable sound development.To solve the problems,the college Youth League Committee should help the societies define development goals,strengthen the construction of professional tutors and improve award and incentive mechanism.

高职院校的文化建设伴随着职业教育"职业化"特点,涌现出一批与专业相结合的新型社团,即专业社团.专业社团不同于普通社团,它是课堂教育必要的补充和有效的延伸,实现了课内与课外良好的衔接.

一、职业院校社团管理模式

目前,院校社团的研究有很多模式.相当多的研究对职业院校社团功能、模式和定位做了阐述.研究结论基本有以下几种:第一,职业院校的社团模式应从实现社会的实际需求和合作企业入手,以院校、学生、企业三个层面的角度进行综合定位;第二,要从职业院校的活跃校园文化入手,加强学生社团的建设,拓展学生的综合素质,促使学生全面发展;第三,在当今云计算、物联网、大数据处理……
