高校来华留学生教育的策略研究
---以吉林省为例

近年来,吉林省来华留学生教育工作取得了很大成就,但同时存在来华留学生地区及高校分布失衡、培养模式单一、留学生师资队伍建设不足等问题.对此,政府和高校应各负其责采取相应对策以推进吉林省来华留学生教育工作.政府层面可以从扩大宣传力度、建立多元奖学金体系、建立留学生教育资源共享平台等方面开展工作,同时,高校也可采取改革来华留学生培养模式和教学模式、培养专业化师资队伍、教育管理先进化等策略,与政府携手,共同提高来华留学生教育水平.

[Abstract]In recent years,international student education in Jilin Province has made great achievements,but there are such problems as the distribution imbalance in the area and universities, the excessive singleness of the training model and lack of teachers.Therefore,the government and universities should fulfill their duties to take appropriate measures to promote international student education in Jilin.The government can expand propaganda,establish pluralistic scholarships system, and establish education resource sharing platform,while the universities can perform the reform of training and teaching mode,cultivate professional teachers,advance education management,and join hands with the government to improve the international students educational in China together.

吉林省"十二五"教育事业发展规划中指出"我省要推进汉语国际化推广工作,增加吉林省来华留学生数量,扩大来华留学生教育规模".发展来华留学生教育不仅可以为吉林省高校争取更多的国外教育资源,同时还可以扩大国际影响,树立良好的国际形象,更能为经济建设和社会发展创造更加优越的环境.在国家及省级教育部门高度重视的情况下,近年来吉林省来华留学生教育事业取得了长足发展,但同时仍存在诸多问题,面临极大挑战.

一、吉林省来华留学生教育存在的问题

(一)来华留学生地区及高校分布失衡

2013年全省接收来华留学生的18所高校分布在全省五个地区,人数最多的地区为……
