以创建重点专科为契机提高医院内涵建设

该院是一所二级乙等医院，日常诊疗工作中，儿科患者占一半以上。2013年，医院通过了二级医院复核评审；同时医院儿科参加了镇江市重点专科的创建工作。以儿科重点专科建设为契机，提高医院整体实力，保持医院不断向前发展。该院在2013年二级医院复核评审的基础上，对照等级医院复核评审标准，提出以“加强专科建设，提升医院整体实力”为目的，实现“专科精、综合强，立足本地，辐射周边”的治院战略目标。2014年初，儿科参加了镇江市重点专科的创建工作，对照《市级重点专科管理规定》《市级重点专科建设评分标准》，通过创建儿科重点专科的建设，带动全院加强科室内涵建设。重点专科建设，带动和促进全院学科建设的整体发展，促进专科的医疗质量、技术水平和综合实力的提高，促进医院可持续发展，是提高内涵建设的重要途径。

［Abstract］Our hospital is a lower second hospital，the pediatric patients accounts for more than 50%in daily diagnosis and treatment work.Our hospital passed the review of the second hospital in 2003；the department of pediatrics of our hospital took part in the building work of key specialty of Zhenjiang city at the same time.And we should improve the overall strength and keep the hospital going forward by taking the opportunity of building key specialty.Our hospital set out the aims of strengthening the building of key specialty and improving the overall strength of the hospital and realizing the hospital management strategies which were“excellent specialty，strong comprehension，based on locality and peripheral radiation”according to the review standards of the grade hospitals and the hospital review in 2013.Early in 2014，the department of pediatrics took part in the building work of key specialty of Zhenjiang city according to the municipal key specialty administrative regulations and municipal key specialty construction standard score and led the whole hospital to enhance the department connotation construction by building the construction of pediatric key specialty.The important ways of improving connotation construction are the key specialty construction，lead and promotion of the overall development of discipline construction in whole hospital，promotion of medical quality of specialty，promotion of technical level and comprehensive strength and promotion of the sustainable development of hospital.

医院重点专科建设是医院能否实现“专科精、综合强，立足本地，辐射周边”战略目标实现的重要保证，是医院加强内涵建设的重要模板式和有效举措。2013年起，医院确立了儿科为镇江市重点专科，开展创建工作。为此，医院在人才培养、业务发展、科研投入等方面给予大力扶持，并以此契机，促进全院各科室的内涵建设。

作为医院主要诊疗业务的儿科，每年需承担本地及周边地区大部分儿科患者的诊疗工作，有限的人力资源全部用来完成日常繁重的医疗任务，对技术水平和科研能力的提高带来了巨大的影响。……
