综合护理管理在心内科病房管理中的应用分析

选择回顾分析方法对周边几所医院心内科近几年进行督导、现场检查、考核、督导中存在的典型护理管理问题进行分析，并提出有创血压该种方法在心内科患者护理过程中的使用方法和效果。心内科病房护理管理过程中存在较多的问题，包括急救物品、无菌物品合格率达不到要求、供应室管理质量不达标、安全问题较为明显等。通过综合护理管理的实施，心内科病房护理管理工作水平逐渐提升，并受到院内和患者的一致好评。

［Abstract］The typical nursing management issues in the supervision，spot inspection and check in the department of cardiology of several peripheral hospitals in recent years were retrospectively analyzed，and the application method and effect of invasive blood pressure in patients in the department of cardiology were put forward.There were many issues in the ward nursing management process in the department of cardiology，including emergency goods，aseptic material qualified rate failing to meet requirements，unqualified management quality of supply room and obvious safety problems.The ward nursing management level in the department of cardiology was gradually improved and was well received by hospitals and patients through the implementation of the comprehensive nursing management.

现代医院管理作为各个医疗卫生机构相关工作顺利进行的基础，也是以智慧和知识作为支撑点［1］。心内科作为医院的重要科室，其护理管理工作的顺利进行将会对患者的治疗和康复产生积极的影响。作为医院的管理和领导阶层需要能够明确自我的使命和位置，要能够在日常护理管理过程中发现并解决问题，提出针对性的改进措施，促进心内科管理护理工作的顺利进行。

1　心内科病房护理管理中存在的主要问题

1.1核心管理存在的问题

首先在进行急救物品和急救设备管理时，其物品管理达不到“急、抢、救”要求，没有按照标准来进行相应的管理，没有配置相应的呼吸囊、面罩、氧气袋，药品基数不够统一、药品放置相对凌乱，药物或者其他物品储存取用不够方便，有效期和名称模糊不清；……
