二级医院医院感染管理难点及对策

医院感染主要包括患者及医院工作人员在医院内获得的感染，广义上的感染对象还包括患者家属等医院流动人员在内。流行病学调查显示，医院感染与年龄、疾病类型、患者危险因素等具有关联性。控制医院感染是医院工作的重点之一，然而，医院感染控制属于一项系统工程，需要多部门协调，具有一定的难度，富有挑战性，是医院工作中的重难点。该研究主要结合二级医院实际，探究二级医院院感控制难点，并结合自身实践经验及研究给出对策。保证医疗安全。

［Abstract］Hospital infection mainly includes patients and hospital staff in the hospital to get the infection，a broad sense of the target also includes family members of patients and other hospital staff.Epidemiological survey showed that hospital infection and age，disease types，risk factors，such as patients with correlation.Working in a hospital in the heavy and difficult to control hospital infection is working in a hospital is one of the key，however，hospital infection control is a systematic engineering and need to multi sectoral coordination，with a certain degree of difficulty，challenging.This study mainly combined with the two level of hospital practice，to explore the two level of hospital sense control difficulties，and combined with their own practical experience and research gives countermeasures.Ensure medical safety.

作为临床常见类疾病之一的医院感染性疾病，其是指患者在治疗其他疾病期间，自身的体质及抗病毒、抗细菌能力较差，致使感染其他疾病。例如刚做过手术的患者，没有注重术口的消毒以及保护工作，则易发生感染，伤口难以愈合，不利于患者健康的恢复。作为医院感染控制的主管部门的医院感染管理科，是一个具有行政管理职能的业务科室［1］，2003年SARS事件以来处在不断规范和发展的过程中，而二级医院与三级医院相比，无论在规模和意识层次上都存在明显差距。笔者通过两年来在二级医院感染管理科工作的经历，对感染管理中存在问题、相应对策有了一些浅显的认识，现报道如下。
