刍议一起食物中毒事故调查处理中存在的问题

食物中毒事件严重威胁人民的身心健康甚至生命，因此，做好食物中毒事件应急处置意义重大。然而，相关部门在处置食物中毒事件时，仍存在较多问题和不足，笔者通过对一起食物中毒事故调查处理中存在的问题进行分析，提出相应的对策和建议，希望对以后食物中毒调查与处理工作具有一定的实际指导意义。

［Abstract］The food poisoning event seriously threatens people's physical and mental health and even life，therefore，doing a good job in the emergency handling of food poisoning events is of great significance，however，there are still many problems and disadvantages when the relevant department handle the food poisoning event，the paper provides the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by analyzing the existing problems in the survey handing of a food poisoning accident and hopes to be of a certain practical guidance significance to the future survey and handing work of food poisoning.

2015年，我国食物中毒类突发公共卫生事件（简称食物中毒事件）报告169起，中毒5 926人，死亡121人。与2014年相比，报告起数、中毒人数和死亡人数分别增加5.6%、4.8%和10.0%。食物中毒事件报告起数、中毒人数和死亡人数明显增多，说明食物中毒依然严重威胁人民的身心健康甚至生命，做好食物中毒事件应急处置意义重大。然而，基层疾病控制中心在调查处置食物中毒事件时，仍存在较多问题和不足，笔者通过对一起食物中毒事故调查处理中存在的问题进行分析，并提出一些建议，希望对以后食物中毒调查与处理工作具有一定的实际指导意义。
