老年人脂肪肝患病趋势及危险因素分析

目的研究探讨老年人群体的脂肪肝患病趋势及脂肪肝的危险因素。方法选取2013年1月—2016年1月在该院体检的55岁以上老年人3084例为研究对象，根据一般检查、实验室检查和超声检查等的检查结果分析老年人脂肪肝的患病情况，通过对脂肪肝组和非脂肪肝组老年人的检测结果中研究与脂肪肝相关的危险因素。结果随着年龄的增加，脂肪肝的患病率逐渐降低:脂肪肝组的r-谷氨酸转肽酶、ALT、收缩压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、腰臀比、腰围和体质指数等相关指标均明显高于非脂肪肝组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论老年人群体随着年龄的增加，脂肪肝的患病率呈现降低趋势，肥胖者更易患有此类疾病，老年人需对身体状况加以重视，从而降低脂肪肝的发病率。

［Abstract］Objective To research and study the trend of morbidity and risk factors of fatty liver in elderly.Methods 3084 cases of old people more than 55 years old and receiving physical examination in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects，the morbidity situation of fatty liver in elderly was analyzed according to the examination results of general examination，laboratory examination and ultrasonic examination，the relevant risk factors were researched through the test results of the fatty liver group and the non-fatty liver group.Results With the increase of the age，the morbidity rate of fatty liver gradually decreased，the relevant indexes such as r-glutamyl trans peptidase，ALT，systolic pressure，low density lipoprotein cholesterol，total cholesterol，triacylglycerol，waist-to-hipratio，waistline and constitutional index in the fatty liver group were obviously higher than those in the non-fatty liver group，and the differences had statistical significance，P＜0.05.Conclusion With the increase of the age，the morbidity rate of fatty liver of old people shows a decreasing trend，the obese people are more likely to suffer from this disease，and the old people need to pay attention to the physical condition thus reducing the morbidity rate of fatty liver.

脂肪肝是一种较易发生在老年人群体中的疾病，此类疾病的发病原因较为复杂，与环境、遗传、和代谢等相关，其中肥胖者的发病率最高［1］。对于此类疾病，预防比治疗更加重要，因此需要研究分析脂肪肝的发病趋势和与脂肪肝相关的发病因素，现如今临床上尚无相关的临床报道。该院为了更加深入地研究与脂肪肝相关的各方面情况，将在该院接受体检的3084例老年人的临床资料进行研究分析，现报道如下。……
