探析PDCA循环对压疮护理管理的影响

该研究将PDCA循环应用在压疮护理中，认真分析护理工作存在的问题以及压疮产生的原因，然后对护士进行专业系统的培训，提高其护理技能，改善其护理态度，同时通过质量检查对护士护理工作进行监督，使得不断完善护理工作，观察管理效果以及满意度。发现实施PDCA循环后，我科患者护理满意度显著提高；质量评分也显著提高。提示将PDCA循环应用在压疮护理管理过程中，可改善护士的护理态度以及技能，进而为压疮患者提供高质量的护理，极易获得患者以及家属认可，进而提高护理满意度。

［Abstract］The study to apply PDCA cycle in pressure ulcer care，careful analysis problems of nursing work and the causes of pressure ulcers，and then to the nurse training of professional system，to improve their nursing skills，to improve the care attitude，at the same time，through the quality inspection of nurses nursing supervision，improve nursing work，observe the management effect and satisfaction.I found after implementation of PDCA cycle，I division in patients with significantly higher nursing satisfaction；Quality score also significantly improved.Suggest to apply PDCA cycle in nursing management in the process of pressure ulcers，can improve the nurse's attitude and nursing skills，and provide high quality of care for patients with pressure ulcers，easy to get the patient and family，and improve nursing satisfaction.

压疮，即通常所说的压力性褥疮以及溃疡，多见于老年人群。现阶段，学者对压疮的发病机制具有多种不同观点，然而，多数研究均认为患者是因为身体局部缺血情况引起该部位组织坏死，同时存在营养不足、潮湿、长时间受压等影响，导致患者身体对疾病抵抗能力下降，进而降低其创面修复能力，同时也会引起抗感染能力下降［1］。可见，探究压疮的可靠管理措施具有现实意义。2015年7月起，该科室将PDCA循环应用在压疮护理管理过程中，因此该研究总结该科室的措施，剖析压疮护理管理存在的不足，最后从检查、实施、处理等方面进行归纳总结，同时采用统计学方法进行分析，观察管理效果以及满意度，旨在强化行业交流，为压疮管理提供新思路，同时也减轻患者痛楚。……
