基于JSP技术的医学院校资产管理共享平台的实践与研究

随着中国高等教育的快速发展，医学院校的固定资产规模迅速扩大，管理形式的难度逐渐加大，并复杂多样。资产管理信息化已经成为了资产管理方面的必然趋势。基于JSP技术设计实现医学院校资产管理系统，院校的各级资产管理者，可以依据校园网络平台，对所辖资产的情况进行管理及信息传递。统一规划、统一技术标准，采用统一的身份认证及完善的安全保障体系，基于校园网、通过统一的信息门户与公共数据交换，集成与资产管理相关的各个系统。使用Servlet+JavaBean+SQLServer2000开发模式的设计，充分利用数据库连接池技术和条码技术，开发的医学院校资产管理系统更实用。通过利用该系统可以对院校的各类资产进行全面的入账管理，并能有效防止资产的流失，对学校的各类资产进行全面监管，保证教科研等各类资产能更好地服务教学与科研工作。

［Abstract］With the rapid development of China's higher education，the scale of the fixed assets of medical colleges and universities is expanding rapidly，the difficulty of the management form is gradually increasing，and complex and diverse. Asset management information has become an inevitable trend in asset management.Based on JSP technology design and implementation of asset management system of medical colleges and universities，institutions of all levels of asset managers，according to the campus network platform，the management of the assets under the jurisdiction of the management and information transmission.Unified planning，unified technical standards，the unified identity authentication and perfect security system，based on the campus network，the unified information portal and the public data exchange，integration and asset management related to the various systems.The use of JavaBean+SQLServer2000+Servlet development model design，make full use of database connection pool technology and bar code technology，the development of medical colleges and universities asset management system more practical.By using the system can be accounted for comprehensive management of all kinds of assets，and can effectively prevent asset loss of，on the kinds of asset of comprehensive regulation and supervision，to ensure that all kinds of assets to better service the work.

随着教育体制的改革，高校招生人数的扩大，学校规模的增加，国有资产投入的总额也越来越大。其国有资产管理的难度也大大增加。而医学院校的国有资产管理更加的复杂多样，面对新的形势，旧的管理模式已经暴露出其弊端和局限性。
