疑似预防接种异常反应个案报告影响因素分析

【摘要】目的 探究疑似预防接种异常反应个案报告的影响因素。方法 对我市2013年1月～2015年12月进行调查的疑似预防接种异常反应监测系统进行分析，调查内容包括工作人员的基本情况和单位工作运行的现状等，并对调查结果进行分析，探究影响因素。结果 有疑似预防接种异常反应个案报道的单位系统措施比没有疑似预防接种异常反应个案报道的单位完善；有疑似预防接种异常反应个案报道的单位相关培训比没有疑似预防接种异常反应个案报道的单位多；两组比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 疑似预防接种异常反应个案报告影响因素包括单位相关工作系统是否运行，以及工作人员是否接受相关培训并掌握基本知识。我们要完善相关制定，提高工作人员对于个案报告的认识，促进预防接种工作全面发展。

Objective To explore the influence factors of the case report of the abnormal reaction of the suspected vaccination. Methods To investigate the monitoring system of vaccination in our city，including the basic situation of the staff and the current situation of the work of the unit，to explore the influencing factors from January 2013 to December 2015. Results Suspected abnormal reaction to vaccination unit of case report system measures was improved than without any suspected abnormal reaction to vaccination to report a case of unit. There were more related training of suspected vaccination abnormal reaction cases reported in the unit than in the absence of suspected vaccination abnormal reaction cases reported in the unit. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The suspected vaccination report cases of abnormal reaction influence factors include whether the relevant units operating system is running，and the staff whether to accept training and master the basic knowledge. We should improve the relevant formulation，improve staff awareness of the case report，to promote the comprehensive development of vaccination.

疑似预防接种异常反应是指在接种后受种者出现的机体或器官功能损害，且我们怀疑与接种存在关系；此时我们需要通过监测系统及时对受种者进行干预，而监测系统的完善和建立则需要充分的个案报道进行支持和完善。因而本次对我市进行调查的疑似预防接种异常反应监测系统进行分析，调查内容包括工作人员的基本情况和单位工作运行的现状等，并对调查结果进行分析，探究影响因素，旨在为临床相关工作提供参考，现将详细情况报道如下。……
