规范产前检查对妊娠结局的影响

【摘要】目的 探讨规范产前检查对妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取2013年5月～2015年11月在我院分娩的517例孕妇为研究对象，回顾性分析此517例孕妇的临床资料，根据孕妇是否规范产前检查分为观察组（规范产前检查组）421例及对照组（未规范产前检查组）96例，比较两组产妇的妊娠结局。结果 观察组产妇出现宫内感染、胎盘早剥、前置胎盘、妊高症以及产后出血比例分别为0.0%、0.5%、0.2%、1.2%、0.2%；出现早产儿、新生儿窒息、低体重儿、新生儿颅内出血的比例分别为2.9%、1.4%、0.7%、0.5%。均低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 规范的产前检查能够降低妊娠并发症、分娩异常情况及围生儿异常情况的发生，应该加强产前检查规范管理。

Objective To discuss the effect of standard prenatal examination on pregnancy outcome. Methods From May 2013 to November 2015，517 cases of pregnant women were selected as the research object. The clinical data of the 517 cases of pregnant women were made a retrospective analysis. They were divided into observation group（standard prenatal examination group）421 cases and the control group（without standard prenatal examination group）96 cases. The pregnancy outcome was compared in two groups. Results In observation group，the intrauterine infection，placental abruption，placenta previa，pregnancy hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage rate were 0.0%，0.5%，0.2%，1.2%，0.2%. The premature，neonatal asphyxia，low birth weight and neonatal intracranial hemorrhage were 2.9%，1.4%，0.7%，0.5%. They were significantly lower than control group. The differences had statistical significance（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Standard prenatal examination can reduce the complications of pregnancy，childbirth abnormalities and perinatal complications. The standardized management of prenatal examination is deeply needed.

规范的产前检查不仅有助于降低孕妇妊娠期的合并症及并发症，还能使围产儿的死亡率降低，能够提高出生人口的质量。笔者对在我院分娩的517例孕妇临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察规范产前检查对妊娠结局的影响，现总结如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1研究对象

选取2013年5月～2015年11月在我院分娩的517例孕妇为研究对象，回顾性分析此517例孕妇的临床资料，根据孕妇是否规范产前检查分为观察组（规范产前检查组）421例及对照组（未规范产前检查组）96例。观察组的421例孕妇中，初产妇298例，比例为70.8%，经产妇123例，比例为29.2%，年龄为21～36岁，平均年龄（28.9±5.7）岁；对照组的123例孕妇中，初产妇86例，比例为69.9%，经产妇37例，比例为30.1%，年龄为20～35岁，平均年龄（28.5±5.6）岁。……
