护理查对制度在手术室防范护理纠纷中的应用

【摘要】目的 探讨护理查对制度在手术室防范护理纠纷中的应用。方法 2013年1月～12月我院手术室收治的100例患者，并设为对照组；自2014年起手术室建立护理查对制度，2014年1～12月手术室收治100例患者，将其设为观察组。比较两组患者的护理纠纷发生情况。结果 对比可知，观察组患者的护理纠纷发生率低于对照组，组间比较，P＜0．05。结论 护理查对制度在手术室防范护理纠纷中作用优良。

Objective To explore the application of nursing examination system in the prevention of nursing disputes in the operation room． Methods 100 cases of patients during January to December 2013 in our hospital operating room were selected，and set up as the control group． Since 2014 operating room establishing nursing check system， during January to December 2014 in operating room were 100 cases of patients，divided into the observation group．Compared the incidence of nursing disputes between the two groups． Results Compared with the control group，the incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，and the comparison between the groups was，P＜0．05． Conclusion Nursing examination system in the operation room to prevent nursing disputes in the role of excellent．

外科手术会对患者身心均造成一定的影响，在患者压力大及生理不适时易出现暴怒、烦躁情绪，进而导致一定的护患纠纷，影响护理与治疗工作的进行［1］。护理查对制度的应用可改善这一情况，在本次调查中，笔者分析了护理查对制度在手术室防范护理纠纷中的应用效果。现进行以下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

2013年1～12月我院手术室收治的100例患者，并设为对照组；自2014年起手术室建立护理查对制度，2014年1～12月手术室收治100例患者，将其设为观察组。两组患者在年龄、手术类型、性别等一般资料上比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

1.2 方法

给予对照组患者常规护理干预，观察组患者则实施护理查对制度，如下：

1.2.1 术前访视 在手术治疗前对患者进行访视，主动与患者进行交流，了解患者的疑虑，并积极帮助解决患者的基本问题。耐心倾听患者的想法，向患者讲解与手术治疗有关情况，使得患者能够减轻内心的恐惧感，进而积极配合手术治疗。……
