分层级管理在精神科护理中的应用

【摘要】目的 研究分层级管理方式在精神科护理中的应用。方法 将本院精神科护理人员作为研究对象，依据精神科护理的特点，对护理工作人员的专业水平、知识、技能、学历、经验等进行综合分析，并设立各种机制，进行问卷调查。结果 分层级管理前后的问卷调查结果得出，患者对护理服务的满意度得到提高，管理前后差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。分层级管理方式适用于精神科的管理，可以有效提高患者的护理效果和护理管理质量。结论 在精神科护理中实施分层级管理有效提高护理管理质量，提高科室的管理效率，保障患者人身安全。

Objective To investigate the application of hierarchical management in psychiatric nursing． Methods The psychiatric nursing personnel of the hospital as the research object，according to the characteristics of psychiatric nursing，comprehensive analysis of the nursing staff professional level，knowledge，skills，qualifications and experience，and set up various mechanisms，then carried on the questionnaire survey． Results Through the questionnaire survey and grading management results，patients’satisfaction with nursing care was significantly improved，the differences with statistical significance （P＜0．05）． Hierarchical management mode was more suitable for the psychiatric management，can effectively improve the quality of patient care and management． Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management is very effective to improve the quality of nursing management in psychiatric nursing，can improve the efficiency of management of the Department，ensure patient safety．

精神科救治的患者通常患有各种精神障碍，患者的思维、情感紊乱，行为异常，随时都有可能发生意外事件。因此，在护理方面需要工作人员投入大量的精力与体力。分层级管理明确了岗位责任制，具有系统性与整体性的特点。对精神科患者实施分层级管理的护理方法，可以有效的提升护理质量，提高护士工作积极性，降低医患纠纷的发生，提高患者及家属的满意度［1］。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本院是一所精神病专科医院，共分五个病区，设置500张床位，病床的年均使用率达到110%左右。有106名临床护士，年龄在23～52岁，副主任医师5名、主管护师25名，护师42名，护士有34名。按照护士分层级的办法相应的分为N4、N3、N2、N1、N0级。随机选取在本院2014年3月～2015年4月救治的精神科患者550例作为研究对象。……
