分析综合护理干预在蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸中的应用效果

【摘要】目的 探究在对新生儿黄疸患者进行蓝光照射治疗时应用综合护理的价值。方法 选取我院收治的80例新生儿黄疸患者，80例患者均实施蓝光照射治疗，依据临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组。在治疗的同时，我们对对照组实施常规护理，在这一基础上，我们对观察组实施综合护理干预。结果 两组不良反应的发生率和生活质量评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 在对新生儿黄疸患者行蓝光照射治疗中给予综合护理干预具有疗效。

Objective To explore comprehensive nursing intervention in the application of blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice． Methods Selected 80 cases of neonatal jaundice patients of our hospital，80 cases of patients for the blue light treatment． On the basis of clinical random table method were devided into observation group and control group． At the same time of treatment，we implemented routine nursing to control group， on the basis of this，we conducted a comprehensive nursing intervention in observation group． Results Two groups of the incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life score for comparison，the difference was statistically significant （P＜0．05）． Conclusion In the line of blue light therapy in patients with neonatal jaundice to give comprehensive nursing intervention has value．

新生儿黄疸主要是指新生儿机体的胆红素水平升高，需要及时地治疗，否则会损伤患者的神经系统，也会使病情发展为胆红素脑病［1］。综合护理强调护理人员要为患者提供全方位的人性化护理干预，以充分地满足患者的护理需求，提高其生活质量，促进其康复［2］。为了探究在对新生儿黄疸患者进行蓝光照射治疗时应用综合护理干预的价值，特开展本次实验对照研究。

1 资料以及方法

1.1 一般资料

2013年7月～2014年9月，选取我院收治的80例实施蓝光照射治疗的新生儿黄疸患者，将其平均地列入观察组与对照组。对照组40例患者，男13例，女27例，其平均日龄是（4.3±0.3）d，其平均血胆红素水平是（249.2±13.9）mmol/L；观察组40例患者，男16例，女24例，其平均日龄是（4.5±0.2）d，其平均血胆红素水平是（ 249.4±13.6）mmol/L。两组资料比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），所以有对照研究价值。……
