探讨危急值追踪在检验科与临床沟通中的重要作用

【摘要】目的 分析检验科人员在日常工作中对患者的危急值追踪对患者预后的影响。方法 将我院急诊重症监护室接收的患者平均分成两组，实验组患者检验科人员须对其进行危急值追踪的操作并及时与临床医生互相反馈，对照组患者进行临床常规反馈步骤；分析检验科人员对于患者危急值追踪操作的影响。结果 实验组患者的病死率以及致残率高于对照组，两组数据差异具有统计学意义。结论 检验科人员对患者进行危急值追踪操作并及时与临床沟通对患者的预后有积极影响。

Objective To analyze the effect of the critical value of the laboratory staff on the prognosis of the patients in their daily work． Methods Received emergency intensive care unit patients were divided into two groups in our hospital，patients in the experimental group of laboratory personnel shall the of critical value tracking operation and timely and clinician feedback mutually，the control group were treated with routine clinical feedback steps．For patients with critical value tracking operation effect was analyzed． Results The mortality rate and disability rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group，the difference of the data between the two groups was statistically significant． Conclusion The critical value and timely follow-up and clinical communication on the prognosis of patients have a positive impact．

危急值是一类在临床工作中对患者状态进行反馈的专有名词，与之含义相似的名词还有正常值、参考值以及医学决定水平等等专有名词［1-2］。正常值是表示机体处于生理状态时各项指标所在数值的变化区间。参考值是指在限定的条件下机体的生理学以及生物化学数值的参数范围。医学决定水平是指一种在机体中各项变化的数值的阈值，医疗工作人员可以通过这个数值对患者的身体状态以及疾病发展的程度进行判断，判断的结果将对患者治疗方案的规划造成影响，危急值是医学决定水平值中的一种，其作用是反馈患者的生存状态，对危重患者的反馈尤其突出。因此在日常工作中正确处理危急值的方法特别重要。……
