探讨醋酸泼尼松炉甘石洗剂治疗敷贴胶布致皮肤过敏的临床疗效

【摘要】目的 探讨醋酸泼尼松炉甘石洗剂治疗敷贴胶布致皮肤过敏的临床疗效。方法 74例敷贴胶布致皮肤过敏患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组37例给予炉甘石洗剂外涂治疗，观察组37例给予醋酸泼尼松炉甘石洗剂外涂治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 对照组治疗有效率为75．7%；观察组治疗有效率为94．6%，观察组治疗有效率高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论 敷贴胶布致皮肤过敏患者运用醋酸泼尼松炉甘石洗剂治疗效果优秀，疗效确切。

Objective to study prednisone acetate calamine lotion to the curative effect of treating skin allergies caused by sticking adhesive tape． Methods 74 cases of skin allergies by sticking adhesive tape were randomly divided into control group and observation group，control group of 37 cases in external application of calamine therapy，observation of 37 cases given prednisone external application of calamine therapy． Compared two groups of patients therapeutic effect． Results In the control group of effective rate was 75．7%，observation group of effective rate was 94．6%，it was significantly higher than the control group（P＜0．05）． Conclusion Application of prednisone allergies calamine lotion for treatment in patients has significantly effects．

临床中静脉留置针的使用频率和使用范围较广，应用静脉留置针使患者肢体活动更为方便，同时也可减少因反复静脉穿刺给患者带来的痛苦［1］。但使用留置针的过程中，用于固定的敷贴胶布会因患者皮肤出汗等导致皮肤过敏，患者穿刺皮肤部位会出现瘙痒、皮肤潮红等症状，给患者生理和心理带来不利影响［2］。本次研究旨在探讨醋酸泼尼松炉甘石洗剂治疗敷贴胶布致皮肤过敏的临床疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

以2014年4月～2015年4月在我院治疗的74例敷贴胶布致皮肤过敏患者为研究对象，在征得患者家属同意的情况下将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组患者37例。对照组男23例，女14例，年龄4～14个月，平均年龄（8.21±1.23）个月，平均过敏面积（5.12±1.69）cm²；观察组男24例，女13例，年龄5～16个月平均年龄（8.71±1.53）个月，平均过敏面积（6.12±1.29）cm2两组患者一般资料差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），组间可进行比较。……
