探讨广泛期小细胞肺癌放化疗联合细胞免疫治疗的效果

【摘要】目的 探究广泛期小细胞肺癌放化疗与细胞免疫联合治疗效果及其影响因素。方法 收集我院治疗的该类患者60例，观察组实施放化疗与细胞免疫联合治疗，对照组实施常规治疗。结果 两组治疗有效率无差异。影响治疗效果的主要因素是生存时间、年龄、肿瘤位置和吸烟情况。结论 对广泛期小细胞肺癌患者使用放化疗与细胞免疫联合治疗方案，并不能提高治疗有效率，高效治疗方案仍有待进一探究。

Objective To explore the effect of combined therapy of radiochemotherapy and cellular immunity in patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer and its influencing factors． Methods 60 patients treated in our hospital were collected． The patients in the study group were treated with combination of chemotherapy and cellular immunity，and the control group was given routine treatment． Results The effective rates of the two groups were not different． The main factors influencing the treatment effect were survival time，age，tumor location and smoking status． Conclusion The combination of radiochemotherapy and cellular immunity in patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer can not significantly improve the treatment efficiency．【Key words】 Small cell lung cancer，Extensive period，Cellular immunity

我国卫生组织经过调查发现，每年患有小细胞肺癌的患者由于选择不当的治疗方式耽误病情而导致死亡有2万人。由于小细胞肺癌独特的病理特点，包括弥漫性、高增殖性和高转移性，不能采取手术切除法进行治疗。同时小细胞肺癌对化疗药物和放射线敏感性较高，所以临床使用化学治疗方案或放射治疗联合化学治疗方案治疗［1-3］。经过长期的临床用药发现，单纯使用化学治疗方案或放射治疗联合化学治疗方案均会有较大的毒副作用产生。近年来国外研究人员通过大量实验证实使用细胞免疫治疗对晚期的肿瘤具有较好的临床效果，但是由于发现这种治疗方案及使用时间较短，细胞免疫治疗方案的安全性和影响因素尚不清楚，所以本文研究患有小细胞肺癌且处于广泛期的患者使用放化疗与细胞免疫联合治疗方案的治疗效果并探究影响治疗效果的因素。……
