痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗面部痤疮的临床效果观察

【摘要】目的 探讨面部痤疮患者采用痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗的疗效。方法 选取2013年10月～2015年10月收治的面部痤疮患者84例，随机分为两组，各42例。对照组给予红蓝光照射和痤疮灵治疗，观察组给予痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗，对比两组治疗有效率。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 面部痤疮患者采用痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗可提高疗效，减轻患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate efficacy of the facial acne patients with facial acne removal surgery combined with red and blue light treatment． Methods 84 patients with facial acne from October 2013 to October 2015 were chosed，randomly divided into two groups，42 cases in each． The control group was given the red and blue light irradiation and cuochuangling treatment，observation group were given facial acne removal combined with red and blue light for treatment，compared two groups of treatment efficiency． Results The effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group，the difference was significant（P＜0．05）． Conclusion Facial acne patients with acne facial removal surgery combined with red and blue light for treatment can improve the efficacy of treatment，reduce the clinical symptoms of patients．

痤疮是临床常见慢性皮肤病，多见于青少年。痤疮是由于皮肤油脂大量分泌，导致毛孔堵塞，引起细菌感染并发生炎症［1］。痤疮不仅影响患者日常工作和生活，对交友也造成困扰。本次研究选择收治的面部痤疮患者给予痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗，探讨其治疗效果。结果示下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2013年10月～2015年10月收治的面部痤疮患者84例，随机分为两组，各42例。对照组男25例，女17例；年龄17～34岁，平均年龄为（25.8±7.8）岁；观察组男22例，女20例；年龄为16～33岁，平均年龄为（24.7±6.5）岁。两组一般资料差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

1.2 方法

观察组给予痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗，首先对药品进行清理和消毒，对患者痤疮皮肤进行杀菌和清理，严格遵循无菌操作，将患者面部分粉刺与黑头清理出，再使用0.8%生理盐水消毒，避免发生红肿感染。……
