探讨放射影像技术在诊断小儿气管、支气管异物中的应用

【摘要】目的分析在临床对于小儿支气管以及支气管异物患儿实时诊断过程中放射影像技术的相关作用。方法收集在我院就诊的出现了小儿气管以及支气管异物患儿，数量为50例。按照诊断方法的不同将所有患儿分为观察组以及对照组，对照组患儿使用X线诊断，观察组患儿使用螺旋CT的方法进行诊断。结果两组患儿均检出气管和支气管异物的情况，同时也有检出异物征象。但观察组患儿的气管和支气管的异物诊断检出率以及异物征象检出率均高于对照组患儿，差异明显。结论使用放射影像技术能够较好的对小儿气管和支气管异物患儿进行诊断，但通过使用螺旋CT的诊断形式的检查效果好于使用常规X线的检查效果。

To Investigate the Application of Radiological Imaging in Diagnosis of Foreign Body in Trachea and Bronchus in Children

[Abstract]Objective The correlation of radiological imaging technology in the diagnosis of children with bronchial and bronchial foreign bodies in children is analyzed. Methods Collected in our hospital for treatment of children with tracheal and bronchial foreign body in children, the number was 50 cases. According to different diagnostic methods, all patients were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with X-ray diagnosis, and the diagnostic method of spiral CT was used in observation group. Results According two groups of children were detected in the trachea and bronchial foreign body, but also the detection of foreign body signs. But the diagnosis rate and the detection rate of the foreign body in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was obvious. Conclusion Using radiographic techniques to better diagnosis of tracheal and bronchial foreign bodies in children, but by using spiral CT diagnostic examination effect is good to the use of conventional X-ray inspection results.

小儿气管、支气管异物是在耳鼻喉科中的常见病以及多发病，在5岁以下的幼儿中，发病率极高。小儿支气管和气管的异物极有可能会导致患儿出现窒息等症状，对于患儿造成巨大危害，甚至会导致患儿死亡[1]。因此在临床上对于患儿实施及时有效的诊断方法显得极为重要。本次研究探讨了两组放射影像的临床诊断效果，现报道如下。
