健美健身产业中的就业与创业

摘要：通过文献资料研究、实地调查访谈等，对我国健美健身产业中的就业与创业等相关现状进行研究分析，指出健美健身产业引发巨大的商机和就业创业的空间，如投资健美健身产业，成为投资创业的选项；健美健身器材等相关产品生产销售，极大促进体育产业的发展；健美健身产业直接促进就业与创业；促进健美健身竞赛表演业发展；健美健身产业包括范围广、产业链长，应进一步发掘其实际应用价值，为社会提供更多的就业与创业的机会，也为健美健身产业发展拓展更大空间。

Abstract:Through the literature research, field investigation and interview, this paper makes a research and analysis on the employment and entrepreneurship of China's bodybuilding and fitness industry. The paper pointed out the huge business opportunities and employment, such as investment and fitness industry, the development of sports industry, and the development of bodybuilding and fitness industry.

2014年10月国务院发布《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》，将全民健身上升为国家战略，到2025年中国体育产业总规模超过5万亿元，成为推动经济社会持续发展的重要力量。这是体育产业发展的全新增长动力，也是体育产业发展的核心驱动力的一次确立过程，健身消费的升级，正是健身产业甚至是体育产业的价值创造的回归，健美健身产业是其中重要的领域，健美健身产业相关从业者需要强化核心竞争力建设，无论是健美健身器材还是健美健身服务，都要高度关注政策导向，把握战略机遇期，促进健美健身产业的就业与创业。……
