白细胞介素6与恶性肿瘤关系的研究近况

【摘要】白细胞介素6是趋化因子的一种细胞因子，由多种细胞产生，同时也作用于多种细胞，研究表明白细胞介素6具有广泛生物学功能，在人体生理平衡中起到重要作用。目前不少研究对白细胞介素生物学特征等作出详细的报告，开始进入临床研究，指出白细胞介素6能够参与细胞增殖和凋亡过程，构成肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸，促进恶性肿瘤的进展。在近几年的研究中发现白细胞介素6与多种恶性肿瘤相关，患者血清中白细胞介素6有所提高，影响恶性肿瘤发展与预后，本文主要分析白细胞介素6与恶性肿瘤的关系。

【Abstract】

Interleukin 6 is a cytokines and chemokines， produced by many cells， also applies to a variety of cells. Studies have shown that interleukin 6 has extensive biological functions， and play an important role in human physiological balance. At present a lot of research on interleukins to make a detailed report， analyzing the characteristic of the biology to begin to enter clinical studies， and points out that the interleukin 6 can be involved in cell， constitute the tumor cell immune escape， and promote the progress of malignant tumor. Found in recent research， interleukin 6 is associated with a variety of malignant tumors. Patients with significantly higher serum interleukin 6 affect the development and prognosis of malignant tumor. This article mainly analyzes the relationship between interleukin 6 and malignant tumor.

临床诊断肿瘤患者一般处于进展期，表现出覆膜种植、血液转移等症状，早期诊断治疗对恶性肿瘤的治疗有现实意义。近几年来不少研究指出肿瘤的发生于人体微环境存在密切关系，白细胞介素6不仅参与肿瘤微环境，还与恶性肿瘤的发展与预后密切相关，本文主要分析白细胞介素6与恶性肿瘤的关系。

1　白细胞介素6结构和功能

白细胞介素6是一种活性多肽物质，由多种细胞产生，由184各氨基酸组成单链糖蛋白，最早是在1980年发现，基因定位在第7号染色体上，基因的启动子部分含有重要的转录控制元件。白细胞介素6是一种多小型细胞因子，人体在出现炎症［1-3］、恶性肿瘤等情况下，白细胞介素6水平提高，在免疫应答、造血调节中起到重要作用。……
