氯氰碘柳胺钠中水分测定方法的研究

摘要：目的 研究氯氰碘柳胺钠的水分测定方法。方法采用卡尔·费休滴定法、干燥失重法和热重分析法对氯氰碘柳胺钠中的水分进行测定。结果用以上三种方法对同一批氯氰碘柳胺钠的水分测定结果有明显差异。结论氯氰碘柳胺钠中的水分,宜采用卡尔·费休滴定法测定。

Abstract:Objective： To investigate a moisture detecting method for closantel sodium. Method： Karl Fischer titration, loss of weight in drying method and thermogravimetric analysis are applied for determination of moisture content in closantel sodium. Results: Acording to comparison，the results of moisture detecting by three methods are significantly different. Conclusion: Moisture measurement of closantel sodium by the Karl. Fischer titration is better .

氯氰碘柳胺钠(closantel sodium)是一种广谱驱虫药，对多种吸虫类、线虫类和节肢动物的幼虫类虫体有良好疗效。氯氰碘柳胺钠的原料药及其制剂已经收载入《中国兽药典》，国外药典中仅EP7.0收载了氯氰碘柳胺钠原料。水分测定是药品标准中的常规检查项目，旨在使药品的含水量控制在一个适当范围内，以预防药品吸潮、霉变、水解、氧化等，从而确保药品质量的稳定性。2010 年版兽药典收录的最常用的水分测定法是干燥失重法和卡尔·费休滴定法[1]。在实际工作中可能要根据样品的理化性质和含水量情况等因素的不同而采用不同的方法[4-6]。作者在制备氯氰碘柳胺钠标准物质过程中，对氯氰碘柳胺钠的水分测定方法进行了研究，发现用常规的几种方法测定水分的结果有明显差异。本实验通过三种方法对氯氰碘柳胺钠原料药水分测定结果的比较，为准确测定其水分和修订质量标准提供了参考。……
