摘 要 公正作为教育生活的伦理要求，体现着教育生活该有的气质。教育制度、教育管理作为教育生活中必不可少的重要成分，也应处处透着公正。而教师在教育生活，尤其是教育制度和教育管理中能动作用的发挥，将给其赋予强大的生命力。如何让教师获得公正心和实践公正行为决定了教师职业生命的质量。公正作为教师个体的内在心灵美，可通过自觉加强公正人格的修养、树立对象性公正的观念、做到公正与仁慈相结合、建立科学的评价体系、重视教师职业道德内容的建设与更新等途径获得;公正作为教师个体的外在行为美，可通过保障学生的受教育权、给予不同学生不同的对待、照顾处于不利地位的学生等行为体现。

Justice： The Cradle of Teacher's Professional Life

Abstract Justice as the ethical requirement of the education life， embodies the temperament which it should opposs. Education system， education management as essential parts of the education of life， it should be fair. The teachers who are in the education life， in particular， in the education system and education management plays dynamic role， will give it a strong vitality. How to make the teachers get the justice and practice justice， decides the quality of the teachers' professional life. Justice as the inner spiritual beauty of the teacher's individual， can get by strengthening the cultivation of justice personality， setting up the concept of object justice， making a scientific evaluation system， establishing a scientific evaluation system， pay attention to the construction and renewal of teachers' professional ethics. Justice as the external behavior of the individual of the teacher， can be reflected by the protection of students' rights to education， to give different students different treatment， take care of the disadvantaged status of students and other acts.

“公正”这一理念自人类社会诞生之日起就被不断地追求，它在社会生活尤其是教育生活中支配着各式各样群体的利益。在日常的教育生活中，不公正的现象随处可见，随之带来的严重后果也发人深省，如学生自杀、辍学、患上心理疾病等，这就要求教育工作者必须正视“公正”的必要性，因为与其说它是学生在书本上获得的“理性”知识，不如说它与学生的自身体验密切相关，他们也许无法清晰地说出“公正”的内涵，但他们对于“公正”有着自己的体悟。教师作为学生的直接接触者，必须做到“公正”地对待每一位学生。本文主要以教师为线索，探讨如何促使教师获得“公正心”和表现“公正行为”。……
