摘 要 为了响应国家提出“大众创业，万众创新” 的理念，全面深化改革和创新驱动发展战略的要求，应对我国经济结构转型升级的挑战，本文以科技创新为切入点探讨高校创新人才培养体系的建立，对大学生素质教育培养模式进行探索和研究。

College Students' Quality Education Model Based on

Science and Technology Innovation

Abstract In response to the country put forward the concept of "public entrepreneurship， innovation and peoples'， deepen reform and innovation drive development strategy， to deal with the challenge of upgrading transformation of economic structure in our country， this paper to scientific and technological innovation as the starting point of the training system of innovative talents in Colleges and Universities to establish， on College Students' quality education training mode to explore and research.

随着金融危机后我国经济发展速度逐渐放缓，特别是我国经济进入新常态后，经济结构矛盾日益突出，经济转型升级压力加大，对创新型人才的需求迅速增长，对人才结构提出了更高要求，高校在加强大学生素质培养、增强学生的创新精神和创新能力等方面积极探索，虽然取得了一定的成绩，但是目前的人才培养模式不能适应新形势下我国社会和经济发展的要求，对创新人才的培养重视不够，创新人才培养模式没有完全建立起来，迫切需要建立一套完整的创新人才培养体系。科技创新是大学的创新能力的驱动力，它是创新人才培养体系的重要组成部分，又是高等教育领域学术活动的重要内容。如何培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才，增强大学生科技创新能力，成为高校素质教育的主要内容，如何在全面素质教育的基础上突出创新教育正成为教育教学改革的重大课题。

为了应对新时期的挑战，高校必须革除陈旧的教育思想观念，将创新意识和创新能力的培养融入科技创新活动，构建全新的创新人才培养模式。……
