摘 要 在“学习者为中心”的教育理念指导下，上海农林职业技术学院的职业生涯规划课程的设计以学生学习成效为确立之依据，课程内容的选择以学生现有的认知现状为切入点，尊重学生的兴趣和期望。为了调动学生的学习兴趣，课程组织采用团体辅导教学、体验式教学、走访企业与校友等形式开展，促使学生成为课堂的共建者。

Create Learner-centered Career Planning Courses

Abstract In the "learner-centered" philosophy of education guidance， career planning and course design Shanghai Vocational Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry to student learning outcomes as the basis to establish it， select the course content to existing cognitive status of students as a starting point， respect for students' interests and expectations. In order to mobilize the students' interest in learning， teaching curriculum organization uses group counseling， teaching experience， visits and other forms of business conduct and alumni， to encourage students to become classroom builders.

1 高职学生职业生涯规划认知的现状

学生作为课程信息的重要来源，对他们充分了解是成功开展课程设计的前提。笔者以上海农林职业技术学院的300名学生为对象进行了职业生涯规划认知和话题兴趣调查。总体而言，学生对于职业生涯规划认知存有困惑，同时，他们在调查中也指出了自己感兴趣的职业生涯规划相关话题。

（1）职业生涯规划的内容与方法并不明确。学生们承认职业生涯规划的重要性，大多认为它是职业成功的必要因素，相信个人发展掌握在自己的手上。学生对于职业生涯规划的期待，可以用一句话概括：“我想知道适合自己的职业是什么？”他们认为应对自己的性格、优劣势与能力有所了解。然而，职业生涯规划的具体内容是什么？34.9%的学生并不清楚，仅有6.5%的学生理解职业生涯规划的内容。对于如何进行职业生涯规划，36.2%的学生表示不太清楚如何进行自己的职业生涯规划。
