摘 要 文章针对目前我国高校毕业生就业指导及服务工作方面存在的不足，以及大部分高校在就业指导等方面存在的不足之处，建议加强指导高校毕业生就业问题，在就业的教育责任以及指导项目中发挥更有力的作用，使高校学生指导就业工作更具有创新性与实效性。本文分析了目前高校毕业生就业情况方面的现状，提出了毕业生就业指导与服务工作的创新思路，建议就业指导工作转向就业服务从就业管理，结合高校具体情况，对就业指导与服务工作的新模式进行了探讨。

Abstract For less than the current college graduates employment guidance and service work of our existence， and the inadequacies of most colleges and universities in employment guidance and other aspects of existence， it is proposed to strengthen the employment of college graduates guidance problem， the responsibility to play in the education and employment of the guidance project a more powerful role， so the employment guidance of college students work more innovative and effective. This paper analyzes the current situation of college graduates employment aspects of the current proposed innovative ideas of graduates employment guidance and service work， the proposed shift of employment services employment guidance from the employment administration. Combined with the specific circumstances of Universities. New mode of employment guidance and service work were discussed.

0 引言

近年，我國高校毕业生规模逐年壮大，2013年，我国高校毕业生己经达到699万，就业压力日益增大，就业形势日益严峻。随着我国高校毕业生人数迅速增加，人们越来越关注就业难的问题。大学毕业生的就业问题是生活中的大事，从家庭角度而言，它不仅关系到千家万户的切身利益。而且将关系到社会稳定大局。由于受社会就业环境的影响，高校毕业生增加了就业难度。在激烈的竞争中求生存，找到理想的工作，成为高校毕业生迫切要解决的问题。我们应加强高校毕业生的就业指导工作，创新就业模式，加强高校学生的就业指导。帮助学生认清严峻的就业形势，依据社会需求不断学习，来完善自己的知识结构。笔者针对目前高校学生的就业指导方面存在问题进行了分析。
