摘 要 随着社会和医疗技术的发展，人们的思想也日趋多元化，受到不同价值观的影响，人们的选择不断与现有的统一的价值观产生冲突，产生一些伦理问题，而且医务社会工作者所面临的这些伦理问题也越来越多、越来越复杂。而医务社会工作就是为了满足社会多元化的需求，给人民带来福祉，为维护患者的合法权益。本文主要浅析医务工作中常见的伦理问题，并根据这些问题提出自己的意见建议。

Ethical Dilemmas of Medical Social Work in Practice

Abstract With the development of society and the medical technology， people's thoughts are becoming increasingly diversified. Influenced by different values， people's choices will continue to generate conflict with existing values of unity，then produces some ethical problems， and medical social workers are facing these more and more， more complex ethical issues. The medical social work is to meet the diverse needs of society， brings benefits to the people， and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of patients. This paper mainly analyzes the common ethical issues in medical work， and put forward their opinions and suggestions based on these issues.

1 醫务社会工作概况

1.1 医务社会工作的内容

医疗社会工作分成三大内容：一、医院照顾工作。在医院给需要帮助的病人提供照顾。当病人遇到经济难题时，医疗社会工作者的介入可以帮助其在所在工作单位或政府申请医疗补助，或发起筹集善款的活动帮助病人缓解经济压力。病人遇到的心理障碍大多出于对疾病的恐惧和不了解，社会工作者会通过心理开导，运用专业知识为病人及其家属讲解来缓解病人压力，让家属不盲目恐惧。当病人遇到法律方面的问题时，社会工作者的介入也会帮助他们转介给法律服务机构，帮助其解决困扰。二、社区照顾工作。针对那些处在康复期的老年病人，医院会培训一些专业的人员在社区内给其提供护理、帮助等。三、预防疾病工作。预防疾病的发生也是医疗社会工作的重要内容。社会工作者可以借助大众传媒，宣传传播病的知识以及预防的方式、保健知识等。……
