【摘  要】目的  对《后中医肿瘤治疗学》理论体系进行初步验证。方法  用现有抗癌治疗技术针对癌症病人的外因治疗，并用抗癌中药维持治疗1年，用泻除心理压力、中医药辩证施治扶正和日常生活调节等针对癌症病人的内因进行长时间的治疗，共治疗了78例乳腺癌病人。结果  疗后的1、3、5年生存率分别为98.72﹪、83.58﹪和76.00﹪。结论  《后中医肿瘤治疗学》的治癌范式值得借鉴。

Abstract：Objective  Test right of the new theory sysyem that the 《Post-chinese medicine therapeutics for cancer》.Methods  The treat was directed at the external cause of the cancer  that use in stock the treat technique in cancer and the maintain treat was 1 year that use the traditional chinese medicine of the resist cacer.The  treat  was a long time  in directed at the internal cause of the cacer that use dispel psychology pressure、traditional chinese medicine for “fu zheng”and regulate daily live.78 patients with Cancer of breast  by  treated at all.Results  There ware 98.72﹪、83.58﹪ and 76.00﹪ in the 1、3 and 5-year survival rate of all patients differently.Conclusions  It is worth imitated that the paradigm of the treate cacer patients in the 《Post-chinese medicine therapeutics for cancer》。

當着如同列宁所说“没有革命的理论，就不会有革命的运动” 的时候，革命理论的创立和提倡就起了主要的决定的作用^1，2。当着现存的理论无法使得实践达到预期的目标时，理论的创新是非常重要的，科学的发展本身就需要不断创新，这不仅是要在技术上的创新，当技术发展到达一定的程度而实践始终都无法达到预期的目标时，对于此一科学理论的反思和创新将是非常重要的，往往是决定性的。《后中医肿瘤治疗学》，是一个不同于现代中西医学范式的新的医学科学范式^3，4.5，6，是本人借鉴中国共产党人领导中国社会革命成功的经验（把马列主义的基本原理同中国社会革命的具体实践相结合），从癌症切入，把辩证唯物主义哲学引入医学，在把辩证唯物主义哲学的基本原理与癌症防治研究的具体实践相结合、探索癌症发生发展的客观规律、寻求解决癌症预防和治疗问题方法的过程中，创建起来的一个以癌症防治为主线的辩证唯物主义医学科学理论体系，有无科学意义和实用价值，需在临床实践中验证。……
