【摘 要】剖宫产产后出血是剖宫产最严重的并发症，会危及产妇的生命安全。目前临床上主要采取药物保守治疗和手术治疗两种方式治疗剖宫产产后出血，达到止血的目的，确保产妇的生命安全。本文对剖宫产术后出血药物治疗和手术治疗的新进展情况进行分析，以期待能为剖宫产术后出血的治疗提供好的借鉴。

[Abstract] Postpartum Hemorrhage of cesarean section cesarean section is the most serious complication， endanger the life safety of parturient. At present the main clinical take medicine conservative treatment and operation treatment of two kinds of treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section， to achieve the purpose of hemostasis， to ensure the safety of mothers. This article carries on the analysis to the new progress of drug treatment and operation treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section， and provide good reference for treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section to look forward to.

產后出血是导致产妇死亡的首要因素，尤其是剖宫产后的产妇，极易发生大出血，严重的会危及产妇的生命安全。随着我国各级医院剖宫产例数的不断增多，尽管剖宫产是处理高危妊娠、挽救孕产妇和围产儿生命的有效手段，但是同时提升了产妇产后出血的发生率。相关研究表明，剖宫产产后出血发生率19.7%[1]，本文针对这种情况，对剖宫产术后出血的治疗新进展进行分析，为降低剖宫产术后出血的危险度提供良策。

1 剖宫产产后出血药物治疗的新进展

1.1 缩宫素

缩宫素是治疗产后出血的第一线药物。对产妇应用缩宫素，可促使其平滑肌兴奋，并促进细胞内钙离子的增加，增强子宫收缩强度。缩宫素经肌内注射或者点滴注射后，见效快，鉴于其效果维持时间较短，约为30min，重复用药可让其长时间维持药效。但是用药过量会让子宫处于高张性、痉挛性、强直性的收缩，对产妇损害较大。而使用麦角新碱代替宫缩素，能促进产妇子宫收缩，加大剂量后，可产生压迫胎盘种植部位的子宫肌血管的功效，成功止血，但是使用麦角新碱的不良反应较多[2]。……
