摘要： 目的 ： 探讨如何做好高校新生的预防接种工作，保证接种安全，提高接种率，保护易感人群，有效预防危害学生身体健康的常见传染病的发生 方法： 总结我校医院在2010—2014年5级新生中集中接種双价肾综合征出血热疫苗、麻腮风减毒活疫苗及甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗方法 结果 ：连续5年共计接种疫苗106101人次，未发生接种不良反应事件 结论： 通过加大宣传力度、重视疫苗管理、精心组织及科学规范接种等措施，确保疫苗接种的安全性和接种率，对保护青年学生身体健康具有重要意义。

Abstract： Objective The aim of this article was to investigate how to do a good job in university freshman's vaccination to ensure the safety of vaccination， raise the vaccination rate， protect vulnerable groups， effectively prevent harm students physical health from common infectious disease. Methods： Through summarizing the measure of our university in 2010-2014 freshman centralized inoculation bivalent hemorrhagic fever vaccine of renal syndrome， ma gills wind live attenuated， hepatitis A vaccine. Result In five consecutive years， there was a total of vaccination 106101 and no significant adverse events. Conclusion： It was great significant to protect the young students physical health that safety and routine vaccination through strengthening propaganda， attaches great importance of the vaccine management， elaborate organization， scientific and standardized vaccination.

高校是人群密集的场所，容易造成传染病的发生和流行，疫苗接种是预防传染病最直接、最有效、最经济的办法。根据《学校卫生工作条例》、上级疾病预防控制中心的要求，结合我校所处地理自然环境、传染性疾病的流行病学特点，我校医院每年为新入校的大学生集体接种双价肾综合征出血热灭活疫苗、麻腮风联合减毒活疫苗、冻干甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗。笔者2010—2014年连续全程负责组织管理大学生预防接种工作，回顾总结五年工作，现报告如下。

1、一般资料

选取2010级---2014级5级入校大学生共计26369人，年龄14—25岁，其中男生19548人，女生6821人。

2、方法与结果

根据学校教务部门提供的当年学生人数及基础信息，使用我院开发的学生体检及疫苗接种系统软件，结合学生疫苗接种卡，统计2010级—2014级入校大学生几种疫苗接种人数与接种率，见……
