摘要：目的：对腹腔镜下胆道镜经胆囊管行胆道探查取石术的临床治疗体会进行分析探讨。方法：选取2013年9月～2014年8月期间于我院进行治疗的胆总管结石患者120例，随机分为对照组和试验组两组。对照组患者采用腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术治疗，试验组患者采取腹腔镜下胆道镜经胆囊管行胆道探查取石术治疗。对两组胆总管结石患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果：相较于对照组，试验组中胆总管结石患者的术后输液量更少，恢复正常活动时间、住院时间以及术后肛门排气时间更短，P<0.05。结论：腹腔镜下胆道镜经胆囊管行胆道探查取石术的临床治疗效果更为显著，可以积极的进行推广使用。

Abstract ： objective： choledochoscope via cystic duct line of laparoscopic bile duct exploration stone extraction for clinical experience is analyzed. Methods： selected during September 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 120 patients with common bile duct calculi， two groups were randomly divided into control group and test group. Control group were treated by laparoscopic common bile duct incision nephrolithotomy treatment， treatment group patients adopt laparoscopic choledochoscope via the cystic duct line for the treatment of biliary tract probe lithotomy. The clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients with common bile duct calculi comparing analysis. Results： compared with control group， experimental group of patients with common bile duct calculi in less postoperative transfusion amount， time to return to normal activities， shorter length of hospital stay and postoperative anal exhaust time， P < 0.05）. 膽总管结石作为临床常见疾病，临床采取腹腔镜下胆道镜经胆囊管行胆道探查取石术治疗有比较显著的治疗效果[1]，本文章通过比较两种治疗方式的疗效，对腹腔镜下胆道镜经胆囊管行胆道探查取石术的临床治疗体会进行分析探讨。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2013年9月～2014年8月期间在我院进行手术治疗的胆总管结石患者120例，所有患者均经上腹部CT及B超进行疾病确诊，所选患者都没有上腹部手术史、肝外巨结石、肝内胆管结石以及腹腔镜手术禁忌症等。后将所选患者随机分为对照组和试验组两组，对照组中60例胆管结石患者，男性26例，占43.33%，女性34例，占56.67%，年龄段在60～81岁之间，平均年龄是（72.34±2.31）岁；试验组中60例胆管结石患者，男性27例，占45.00%，女性33例，占55.00%，年龄段在60～81岁之间，平均年龄是（72.34±2.31）岁。两组胆管结石患者的男女比例、年龄、疾病情况以及身体情况等各方面的一般情况均没有显著性差异，可以进行临床比较。……
