摘要：目的：将手术室护理干预应用在腹腔镜胆囊切除术的常规护理中，评价护理质量及干预效果。方法：从我院病例中心资料库中选取2013年7月至2014年4月期间行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的800例患者，随机分成两组，一组行常规护理，一组行手术室护理干预，治疗后比较两组患者SAS评分、VAS和LAS以及临床治疗效果。结果：进行手术室护理干预的研究组患者，VAS、LAS、SAS评分，临床疗效均好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在常规护理的同时，实施手术室护理干预，可以积极推进患者恢复，对于提升护理质量是必要的，值得进一步推广。

Abstract：Objective： To evaluate the nursing quality and the effect of nursing intervention in the routine nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the nursing intervention in the operation room. Methods： from our hospital center case database selection in July 2013 to 2014 April during laparoscopic gallbladder resection therapy of 800 patients were randomly divided into two groups， one group received the routine nursing， a set of psychological nursing intervention， after treatment， compared two groups of SAS score and vas and LAS and clinical therapeutic effect. Results： in the study group， the patients in operation room nursing intervention， LAS， SAS， VAS score， the clinical efficacy were better than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： in the routine nursing care， the implementation of operation room nursing intervention， can actively promote the recovery of patients， to improve the quality of care is necessary， it is worth further promotion.

在當下人们对生活质量要求越来越高的大环境下，腹腔镜胆囊切除术已经渐渐成为医生进行胆囊切除的首选手术方式。护理工作是围手术期重要的医治环节，起到的效果是不言而喻的。在当今的医疗工作中，护理的重要性越来越明显，很多的医疗机构都开始针对患者的实际情况制定更加合理的护理措施[1]。在医疗护理中，关注患者的护理质量，关切患者的心理波动，对于患者实施有效的手术室护理干预，可以提升患者的治疗质量[2]。因此，本研究抽取800例2013年7月至2014年4月期间在我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗患者，随机挑选其中的400例患者作为研究组，接受日常护理和手术室护理干预，其余400例的患者仅接受常规护理，即对照组，探讨这两种护理方法的比对结果，现将对比评价结果报道如下。
