【摘要】目的 观察黄芪益心汤联合常规西药治疗病毒性心肌炎并发心律失常的疗效。方法 选择我院2014年3月～2015年3月收治的病毒性心肌炎并发心律失常患者62例，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各31例。并比较两组患者的疗效。结果 研究组总有效率为90.32%，对照组总有效率为67.74%；研究组心律失常疗效为74.19%，对照组为35.48%；研究组血清心肌肌钙蛋白T（cTnT）浓度下降幅度大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用黄芪益心汤联合常规西药治疗病毒性心肌炎并发心律失常，疗效显著，值得临床推广与应用。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treating viral myocarditis with arrhythmia. Methods 62 cases of viral myocarditis complicated with arrhythmia in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into study group and control group， 31 cases in each group. And compare the curative effect of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.32%， the total effective rate was 67.74% in the control group， the effect of the study group was 35.48%， the control group was 74.19%， the concentration of serum cTnT in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of treating viral myocarditis with traditional Chinese medicine combined with routine western medicine is significant. It can improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function， enhance the resistance， and effectively improve the efficiency of treatment， improve the quality of life of patients.

病毒性心肌炎是一種比较常见的心血管疾病，近年来发病率呈上升趋势，逐年增加。该病是由病毒感染而引起心肌发生炎症性病变，常常伴有心动过速或过缓及传导阻滞等各种心律失常的症状发生，严重者会危及患者的生命安全[1]。选择我院收治的病毒性心肌炎并发心律失常患者62例，应用黄芪益心汤联合常规西药治疗后，取得了较为满意的疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择我院2014年3月～2015年3月收治的病毒性心肌炎并发心律失常患者62例为研究对象，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各31例。研究组男17例，女14例；年龄16～41岁，平均年龄（27.46±2.31）岁；

平均病程（11.92±5.73）天；24 h心律失常总数为（3251±1153）次。对照组男18例，女13例；年龄17～38岁，平均年龄（26.91±2.42）岁；平均病程（12.14±5.66）天；24 h心律失常总数为（3081±1129）次。两组患者已确诊为病毒性心肌炎，均符合中医辨证标准，排除甲亢、风湿病、冠心病等患者。两组患者性别、年龄等一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
