【摘 要】根据我院的实际情况，建立了楼层责任护士负责制的门诊护理管理模式，并考察其对门诊护理质量的影响。在门诊各楼层设立责任护士，以诊区为基本工作单元，由责任护士带领诊区护理人员全面负责门诊患者的工作。通过比較楼层责任护士实施护理工作前后的变化情况，发现实行责任护士负责制能够激发护理人员的潜能，使护士自身价值得到体现，人力资源得到合理应用，有效防范并减少了门诊投诉率，提升了患者对门诊护理工作的满意度，提高门诊整体护理水平。

【Abstract】According to the actual situation of our hospital，set up the floor nurse responsibility system of outpatient nursing management mode，and its impact on the quality of outpatient care.All the floors in outpatient service nurse to waiting area as the basic unit of work，led by nurse waiting area nursing staff fully responsible for outpatients.By comparing the floor nurse changes before and after implementation of the nursing work，find a nurse system can motivate nurses' potential，make nurse reflected its value，the human resources get reasonable application，effectively prevent and reduce the outpatient service complaints，improve the patients of outpatient nursing job satisfaction，improve the nursing level of outpatient service.

随着近年来经济水平的进一步发展以及医保制度的不断完善，人们对医疗服务行业的要求不断提高，来医院就诊的病人不仅关注医院的医疗设备、医生的诊疗水平，还希望得到良好的护理服务和人文关怀。而门诊服务是我国医院为患者服务的第一个环节，是为了不需要或尚未住院的患者防治疾病的一种方式。[1]作为大多数患者进入医院的第一站，门诊工作可以直接反映医院的医疗服务质量和诊疗技术水平。[2]因此，加强门诊护理管理，不断提高门诊护理服务质量，对促进医院全面建设，更好地为患者和社会服务具有重要意义[3]本着提高门诊整体服务质量的目的，根据创建优秀门诊品牌的理念，结合我院实际，自2013年10月起，实行门诊楼层责任护士负责制，通过一年多的实践取得了良好的效果。……
